How much space is required to set up an inflatable?
The amount of space required to set up an inflatable varies by unit; however, we require at least two feet on each side of the inflatable to anchor the unit and for safety purposes. The inflatable must be set up on a fairly level surface that is free of debris. Additionally, the inflatable must be kept away from fences, pools, playsets, overhead utility lines, tree branches and any other obstructions that would interfere with proper operation of the unit. We will also need your assistance to ensure that we do not place the anchoring stakes near your sprinkler system or other underground utility lines.

We are happy to discuss with you the specifics of your space when you make your reservation. In addition, our delivery personnel are trained to properly position and anchor the unit, and will work with you to ensure that the safest, most appropriate site is selected. <back to the top>

How many children can bounce at one time?
This of course depends on the size and age of the children.  But generally speaking, for children between the ages of 3 and 7 (small children), you can normally fit 8 – 10 children in a 15x15 bouncer.  For children between the ages of 8 and 12, you can generally fit 5 – 7 children in a 15x15 bouncer; about 3 – 4 teens can bounce in a 15x15 bouncer at the same time. <back to the top>

Where can the inflatable be set up?
Our inflatables can be used both indoors and outdoors, on grass, paved surfaces and hard floors. We have set up our units in several locations, including residential yards, driveways, business parking lots, churches, gymnasiums, parks and school play areas. The main difference between setting up an inflatable indoors vs. outdoors is the method in which we anchor the unit (sandbags vs. stakes). The primary consideration for determining whether an inflatable will fit in any area is the dimensions of the inflatable, taking into account the necessary horizontal and vertical clearance requirements.<back to the top>

Can an inflatable be set up in a park?
Yes, our inflatables can be set up in parks. You will need to work with the Park Manager to determine specific requirements of the park. Some parks require that they be added to our liability insurance policy; if this is the case, we will charge an additional $100 for the additional insurance (our cost for adding the park to our policy). <back to the top>

How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
It takes approximately 25-30 minutes to set up the unit, review safety instructions and answer any questions you may have. Please note that this time is not included in your rental period; your rental period does not begin until the unit is up and fully operational. <back to the top>

How does the moonwalk stay inflated?
Each of our units is powered by a fully enclosed blower unit, with no exposed moving parts. As the moonwalks are not “sealed air” units, they must stay plugged–in and inflated during the entire period that they are being used. If you do need to turn off the unit for any reason (e.g., inclement weather), please do so, ensuring that everyone has safely exited the unit and that the unit collapses on itself, and not onto sharp objects or obstructions (e.g., fences). We will inflate the unit upon pick-up, in order to perform a final inspection and spot cleaning, as necessary. <back to the top>

How is the equipment cleaned ?
Each unit is vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned with a mild disinfectant after each use. We also quickly wipe down the unit after set up at your location, to ensure cleanliness. We pride ourselves on maintaining new, clean inflatables for your enjoyment! <back to the top>

Can I pick up the unit and set it up myself?
Although some rental companies will allow you to pick-up their inflatables and set them up yourself, we do not feel that this is a safe practice. By delivering the inflatable to you, we can help you to determine the best location for set-aup, ensuring that the area is free of obstructions that may impede the safety of your playtime. And since our price includes delivery, set-up and pick-up, please take advantage of this service and use your free time to make other last-minute arrangements for your event! <back to the top>

How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?
Moonwalk rentals are extremely popular, especially during the summer months and on weekends; many of our more popular and licensed units book over a month in advance. We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you have set the date for your event. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us for last-minute reservations, as we may have a unit in inventory to meet your needs!<back to the top>

What is your policy on inclement weather?
Moonwalks should not be used during rain or winds above 15 mph. As such, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to bad weather. If weather conditions are uncertain (this is Michigan!) and you decide to accept the moonwalk, we will not issue refunds once delivery and set-up in completed. Please note that bouncers must not be used while wet, for safety reasons (excluding our slip-n-slide). If the unit gets wet, all persons should immediately exit the bouncer and the unit should be unplugged. Once clear again, the unit can be inflated and dried with towels before use.<back to the top>

What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you inform us of your need to reschedule/cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your event. This will allow us enough time to contact the customers on our waitlist, and re-book the equipment. Of course, this policy does not apply to cancellations due to inclement weather.<back to the top>

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liability insurance that covers all of our units. Once the inflatable is delivered and set-up, the lessee is responsible for safe operation of the unit. We will review safety instructions with you when we deliver the equipment; these guidelines are also posted on the outside of every unit. <back to the top>

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via e-mail or telephone (734)354-3188. To secure your reservation, we will record your name, event location, telephone numbers where you can be reached on the day of the event, the equipment that you are renting, and any other pertinent details that we will need to ensure that you have a successful experience with us. <back to the top>

When and how may I pay for my rental?
Payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash, check or credit card.<back to the top>

What are the policies?
Delivery is included in the price of all rentals over $150, within our standard service area. An additional delivery charge will be added for rentals under $150 or for any rentals over $150.00 outside our local delivery area. Please contact us for delivery charges to locations outside of our standard service area.
